What is behavioral science consulting

Behavioral science consulting applies social psychology, behavioral economics, and decision science to strategic decisions as the analytical foundation of the decision itself. It asks a precise question before resources are allocated: what behavior does this decision assume? Is that assumption documented? Has it been tested in this context?

What Autorium does

Autorium is a Behavioral Decision Strategy studio based in Naples, Italy. We apply social psychology, behavioral economics, and decision science to validate strategic decisions before resources are invested. We are not a growth agency. We are not a creative office. We work on a different phase: the one where it is decided how a business should function, how to structure the offering, how to design the customer experience, and how to set up a campaign for a new opening.
When we intervene, we do so directly. We redesign the menu and offering architecture. We structure the point of sale based on real customer behavior. We set up the behavioral logic of the campaigns. We train staff on interaction protocols. We do not just hand over a report and let others execute.

Entry · Behavioral Audit: Systematic evaluation of the corporate and communication context. It identifies areas where the behavior of stakeholders diverges from strategic intentions. Recommended format for the first engagement.

Mid · Decision Validation Report: Operational intervention on a defined strategic area. Two possible forms: analysis and empirical validation, or direct implementation. We deliver the work done, not the instructions to do it.

High · Strategic Behavioral Advisory: Ongoing strategic support. Long-term guidance with access to recurring validations, design of behavioral systems and decision support across multiple areas.
