Auditorium: a Behavioral Decision Strategy study

We were born from observing a systematic contradiction: organizations allocate significant budgets to strategic decisions while almost never basing them on real behavioral evidence.

The reason for being

The void that Autorium fills

Every year, organizations invest in decisions whose outcomes depend on human behavior. The human factor is treated as an assumption, not as an object of analysis. Autorium exists to fill this gap as a specialized studio that brings behavioral sciences directly into the client's decision-making process, before resources are allocated.

Credentials are not displayed to impress. They are displayed because a decision-maker who entrusts their strategic decisions to a behavioral science firm has the right to know the foundation upon which that method is built.

The operating values

Rigor: every recommendation has an explicit behavioral reason, documented in literature. Not 'try this', but 'do this because mechanism X produces behavior Y in your context'. Rigor is not the structure of each deliverable.

Customization: there is no standard model. Two clients with the same problem receive different analyses, because their customers decide in different contexts with different expectations.

Selectivity: Autorium works with those who are willing to change their decisions based on data. Anyone seeking confirmation for choices already made is not the right client. This is a methodological condition.

Confidentiality: the business information processed remains within the project. No data is shared or discussed publicly with client identification.
