The Behavioral Audit is the entry point to the Autorium method. Before any intervention, we measure: we analyze every touchpoint with the customer through behavioral sciences, identifying precisely where decisions are lost, where friction is created, and where untapped opportunities exist.

What We Analyze

The Behavioral Audit covers the entire company perimeter relevant to customer behavior: social channels and online reputation, Google Business and reviews, website and digital architecture, physical point of sale and layout, offer architecture and pricing, packaging and visual communication, staff protocols, and front-line interactions. Each area is examined not for how it looks, but for how it is perceived and processed by the customer in real conditions.

The Method

We use frameworks derived from social psychology, behavioral economics, and cognitive sciences. We do not gather impressions: we build a diagnostic map of every touchpoint, with specific evidence and clear priorities for intervention.

The Deliverable
